Patients as Partners

APOS was formed to meet the increasing demand for patient-centered healthcare and patient engagement in Singapore. We’ll provide a collaborative environment, and advocate for policies that prioritize patients’ needs and preferences.

In other words, we envision patients as partners, and becoming a transformative force in the Singapore healthcare system.

What We Do

Together with patients’ organizations, we will work towards better health outcomes and shape the future of the healthcare system that will empower patients to actively participate in their own healthcare journeys by providing accessible education and developing initiatives with strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

“The life of a person living with an illness is not just about taking medicines and making trips to see a doctor—it is also about getting an early and accurate diagnosis, having access to treatment, making decisions based on treatment options provided, and much more.”
